The way to make it work is very easy – remove the shrimp head and insert this device into the hole (where the vein is in the shrimp) and slowly push it till you get to the tail end. The device will sort of pop the shell open making it easy for you to remove the shell and at the same time, the vein will also be revealed making it easier for you to clean.
