This is a penis water pistol. The water goes in from the small opening right above the testicles and the water is stored in the testicles area. To shoot the water out of the penis, you will need to press on the trigger attached near the testicles.
Although the built quality and the water pressure will not be as good as most water pistols, it looks way more interesting than most water pistols.
