This is a Wooden Cheese Slicing Board

In the past, I have published a few cheese slicers that people actually like using to slice cheese. The one which I personally favor is this cheese slicing board by Westmark (a German brand). Why? Because it allows me to set the thickness of the cheese slices before slicing.

This is another one which I favor. Although it does not allow me to set the thickness of the slices, it still produces clean slices. On top of that, the board is wooden (beechwood) which means that it also works as a cheese serving board.

It measures 9.5 inches in length and 6 inches in width – big enough to handle a block of cheese and still have enough room to place some cured meats and crackers.
